What We’re Looking For
As Public Works Director, you’ll lead a team of 25+ staff of dedicated professionals and oversee Parking and Transit, Parks, Engineering, and Streets/Stormwater operations. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader who excels at strategic planning and management of capital improvement projects in a four-season environment. A collaborative mindset and proven ability to foster trust and engagement among staff, stakeholders, and the community are essential. Experience in stormwater floodplain management and multimodal transportation planning will be an asset in this role. Above all, the ideal candidate embodies the Town of Estes Park’s mission and values, bringing a forward-thinking approach to stewardship, service excellence, and sustainable development.
Salary and Benefits
