Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Public Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of eight years in public works project management or supervision, with at least four years in a leadership role.
• Preferred: Professional Engineering (PE) license or Master’s in Public Administration (MPA).
