The City of El Paso is seeking an Aviation Director to manage and direct the operations of El Paso International Airport including business and financial operations, airfield and building maintenance, capital improvement programs and long-range planning. The base salary range is $108,740 to $201,600. A bachelor's degree and eight years’ airport administration or operations experience, including four years in a managerial capacity, is required. Residency within the El Paso city limits is required. Additionally, the selected candidate must pass a criminal background check, TSA background check, and obtain and maintain a federally mandated security clearance for working at an airport.
